The staff, like a breath of fresh air, were not only kind but went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. One particular standout was Tong at the front desk, whose friendliness and helpfulness added an extra layer of warmth to the experience.The room I stayed in was a lovely spacious retreat, complete with a balcony offering views of the tranquil surroundings. It matched up perfectly to the online photos, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, coffee, and biscuits. The air conditioning worked like a charm, ensuring a comfortable stay amidst the Chiang Mai heat. I was delighted to see their eco-friendly efforts, from the glass water bottles provided in the rooms to the free water refill station, reducing plastic waste one step at a time.Despite being situated in a quiet neighborhood, the hotel was conveniently close to key attractions like Tha Pae Gate, Chedi Luang Temple, and Wat Phra Singh.
